Youth Futures Foundation

Youth Futures Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established with a £90m endowment from the Reclaim Fund to tackle youth unemployment. YFF aims to help 18-24 year olds who are not in employment, education or training gain new skills and find sustainable employment/education. The team at Cumbria Youth Alliance can: provide assistance with: job search, application filling, interview preparation, confident communication and emotional resilience support. Targeted employer engagement to identify and link young people with: work tasters, placements, traineeships, apprenticeships and job opportunities.
